The Inverness Campus planning application was prepared for outline planning permission to allow the construction of a further and higher education campus and related mixed use development consisting of:
• Class 10 Non-residential institutions – up to 70,480 m2
• Class 8 Residential institutions – up to 44,950 m2
• Class 11 Assembly and leisure – up to 9,000 m2
• Class 4 Business – up to 49,500 m2
• Class 9 Residential – up to 200 units
• Associated, landscape, open space, infrastructure and services
The complete planning application includes a wide range of core and supporting documentation to provide a detailed summary of the Campus project. The chapters contained within the planning application include:
